Northern Lights Resort is open from May Long Weekend to Thanksgiving Weekend in October. Bookings can be made year-round. Office hours are 8:30am to 10:00pm.

Sorry we do not allow pets. We do not allow pets due to the people that have allergies.
Check-in Policy:
CHECK IN TIME IS between 3:00PM-10:00PM, CHECK OUT TIME IS 9:00AM.: Please DO NOT arrive early as this takes us away from getting the resort in tip top shape for your arrival! No check-in’s accepted after 10:00pm as this disturbs the rest of the camp.
There is a $25 charge for each 1/2 hour over the check out time. Sorry, but during Peak Season (July & Aug) there is no flexibility on check in and check out times. During off season we can be more flexible with prior arrangement.
Extra Persons Policy:
Also, please note, each cottage is rated for holding a maximum number of persons, please do not arrive with extra persons in your party without prior arrangement, you run the risk of being turned away. Also, please note that children and babies are counted as people. If you arrive with extra people against our policy, you will be either turned away and charged in full.
Visitor Policy:
Visitors allowed with prior arrangement only and must register at office upon arrival. Visitor rate is $5.00 per person, maximum 3 hour stay.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
A $300 deposit and a valid credit card on file is required to hold your reservation per cottage, per week. Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer is accepted.
The balance is due upon your arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash. Sorry we do not accept personal cheques. Ask us about paying your full booking at least 2 days ahead by Email Money Transfer.
If you must cancel your booking 15 days or more from your reservation date, you can make another reservation for this year or the following year. Your $300 dollars will be moved forward for that booking, but you must put down a new deposit of $300 to hold the new date.
If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, it is considered as a no show and you will be required to pay the full cost of your booking.
If you cancel your reservation in full, then your deposit is non-refundable. If we must cancel your booking for any reason that is out of our control, we will return your deposit.
Your verbal authorization for deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
Smoking Policy:
All of our cottages are non-smoking and non-vaping. You are welcome to smoke or vape anywhere outside. Cigarette butt receptacles are provided throughout the resort for your convenience. Please respect nature and our grounds.
Substitution Rule:
Northern Lights Resort reserves the right to make changes or substitutions to the reservation due to circumstances that our beyond our control.
